No problems playing on pc. But when trying to play chess on the BGA app on my Samsung mobile phone. I can't see the last two files of the board when phone is oriented vertically, and can't see the first and last ranks when oriented horizontally. I can zoom in, but can't zoom out any further. It needs a fit to screen option. Because of this problem, it's not possible to play on my phone.

It seems like there is a minimum size the board will display at, and this is slightly larger than what will display on a mobile phone.
I can play other games like Carcassonne on my phone without problem, and they can be zoomed out to see the whole board.
Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
In any case, when filling a bug report, make sure to have an explicit title linked to the incident (ex: with error message), so other players can recognize it and vote for it.
