I moved up on the tech tree (range) and then it ask me to place the lost planet.
Problem being I only had 1 QIC and it requires 2 QIC.

It would not let me exit our of this condition and would not let me place the lost planet.

I had to quit the game as I could not find a take back or undo action button.

Not error message it just was sitting waiting to place lost planet and I could not because I did not have a QIC.

It just needs to be able to cancel the action in that instance.
