I wanted to use the 61 Cygni special ability to exchange ore for population, but the interface wouldn't let me do it. I looked everywhere I could think of to find a button that would let me trigger the 61 Cygni special ability, and I couldn't find one. I tried clicking on the card itself, but nothing happened. At the beginning of the turn, there was a button in the top banner that would let me do it, but that button disappeared as soon as I selected an action. I also tried clicking on the "Reset Current Action" button in the top banner, but when I did that nothing happened.
