Problem was not solved with F5.
I have a capture (imgur.com/a/voUIlN4). I am playing the spanish variant so card is in spanish. Literaly, the error message says "you cannot play the card unless you have entered Tokyo".
I was unable to play the evolution when the monster in Tokyo was hit but did not leave Tokyo. The interface told me I could only play this card after entering Tokyo.
A few rounds later I again damaged the monster in Tokyo and took control of Tokyo. At this time the interface told me I could not play the card while being in Tokyo.
So basically this evolution cannot be played at all and is useless in the game
I do have the option to play it before they decide whether to leave or not but then if they’d have left anyway it’s just a waste
Have had this problem in many games lately, I have played against others that could use jungle frenzy but for me I never get the chance even after I wounded monsters in tokyo that didn't left
If the evolution card had worked, I could have an enormous advantage during the game. Now I can lose
