I'm not sure the violation is necessarily visible, but if you check Move 107, you'll see that fbsfbs smashed monsters with 1 claw, then azngrl (the 1st player in Tokyo) used Camouflage to reduce damage to 0 (neutralized it), and I (the 2nd player in Tokyo) was never asked to choose to stay or leave Tokyo (and I should've).
