The penalty occurs when a player finish last (also happen if one or several player are "locked/kicked out" .. see other report), he will get negative point if his remaining hand has:
- a black 2 (spades/club) = -1 point
- a red 2 (diamond/hearts), or 3 consecutive pair or a quadruple = - 2pts,
- and the penalty is 4pt for 4 consecutive pairs remaining in hand

Penalties are cumulative .. 2 spades + 2 diamonds = -3pts penalty

The "Remaining 2" penalty is not rare and important, the "remaining bomb" penalty is pretty rare (never occured to me)
