Neither of us could lay tracks where we wanted.

I can not lay blue tracks between Lausanne and Geneva and my fellow player could not lay purple tracks between Luzern and Interlaken.
We will end the game.

You should take a look to TTR Switzerland rules!
- Jockers/Locomotives can only be used under tunnel, not in standard route.

It happened the same to me on game #303877736
I wasn't able to lay my trains to claim a route. I could only draw more cards. It happened on all the tracks I tried to click on to.
I was on laptop, Mozilla 5, never had this problem before

From your image, the table# was 611951417 and not 303877736!
The problem was at the last turn, move# near 263.
I see several times the error in your image "Not enough cards to claim th route".
Which route were you trying to build ?

I was unable to lay track between Kansas City and St. Louis. The blue track was available and I had the train cards.

I propose to set the "Confirm route claim" PREFERENCE to "Enable" in the TTR Options during a game (under the board game).
Then you will have a confirmation requested and see what is the route chosen between 2 cities.
It will be valided for this game and all the future TTR USA games in BGA

I tried to lay track between Saint Louis and Little Rock, three times in a row, when I had the correct number of carriages and colours (2). The game, however, would allow me to lay track in other spaces. It finally allowed the action in the last turn of the game.

I've repeatedly had issues with laying track on both Desktop PC and on mobile phone.
Running Firefox 138.0.3 on Win 11.

This turn below, I've just about given up.

A turn or two previously, I was able to click around repeatedly to get a different route played than the one I wanted, but there is a specific route (Luzern to Olten - Switzerland map) that I cannot play.

I had 2 train cars left and selected 3 track by mistake. would not let me then select a 2 track. this was at the very end of the game and i would have won.

Konnte die Aktion am mobilen Gerät nicht durchführen (Setzen des Tracks). Daraufhin wurde ich mit Strafe aus dem Spiel geschmissen.

It has been happening repeatedly at different tables ever since I started using Board Game Arena. I am using Mozilla updated in private browser as recommended.

Using Safari on iPhone. Tried refreshing a couple of times the action I needed to take was to lay a track, but it would not allow me to place a track anywhere on an open space on the board, even though I had plenty of cards. Then my opponent expelled me.
