Playing with rigger, after cracking the safe, I had to choose a tool from the pop-up window. However, when trying to do so, I got an error saying I could not choose a non-active player. However I think something went wrong before that, because when opening the first safe, both the tool and the penalty were left on the safe instead of going to the player that opened the safe. Also, when both cards were picked up later, the penalty was never applied.
I had to abandon the game, so might not be able to replay the game.
