Tenpai is a discretionary play unless you are Riichi. You only get the Tenpai button if your hand is eligible. For sure it is rare, but as dealer you might be able to control seat rotation that way. The other reason is that if the point gaps are large, you might prefer not to reveal your hand to prevent others from understanding your patterns (similar to Poker).
In any case, along with all the other changes, I am fixing a bug where the game doesn't enforce Tenpai on Riichi. I will probably change the button to single-press (currently, they are change possible until last person has called).

@gilthe thanks. At minimum, giving some sort of feedback that Tenpai was chosen would probably be ideal, but single-press should be fine too and much less confusing.

Hiding hand info thing, I don't really buy it.
It's hard to read a random stranger's play habits within 8~10 rounds, unlike Japanese mahjong comics, you know. Draws do not occur frequently.
However, with no agariyame, the option would have a use definitely.

Anyway there should be an option to auto-reveal tenpai hands.
In most cases you don't want to hide hand info due to noten penalty.

Tenpai/Noten is a rare situation (once per hand), so click is always required. Thus, there is no point in automating this. There is also no real justification for not giving the player both options if they have both. The visual feedback (single-click) is now there.
