I am not sure if this sitaution was according to rules: Germany attacked with panzer 1 on Budapest. Supporting units were Germany unit 9 Inf and Panzer 2. Panzer 2 has no supplies. Combat bonuses were as follows (during bad weather):

+1 attacking panzer
+1 supporting inf
+2 supporting panzer
+1 air support
-1 bad weather
-1 difficult terain
/2 no supplies
is this correct? for me the /2 is totally devastating and surprising :-)
according to Fikla there was no warning in the info box before rolling the dices -

Round up after each division.

I have to check but I think that this case is not displayed with live DRM update.
I will fix that.
