I understand that Galactic HQ cannot be used during the middle of a turn. However, when a user inadvertently attempts to do so, it would be helpful if a warning message simply popped up to indicate that you must complete your action before using using Galactic HQ. In the screen shots below, you can see the mid-action game state as a result of producing two level 3 ships and two jumps via researching Neo Industrial Revolution. It was during this state after selecting done jumping, that I attempted to use Galactic HQ. The second screen shot is the mid-turn state it returned me to while still asking me to click on a ship to upgrade. The game returned me to the point at which I had to select where to build two level 3 ships.
