At the end of the ninth round, due to withdrawing (without having played any cards), I played "Double Vision" into the stack for the 10th round. This blocked the game in the 10th round, because I could not use "Double Vision".

The action was successful, but probably should not have been. Due to not having played any card in the ninth round, and not actually PLAYING any cards in the tenth round, the effect of the card was not applicable. This blocked the game entirely.
