When I look at my ELO rating I can only guess what my skill level is in relation to the rest of the players. Adding a percentile score would improve this greatly. Basically it shows which percentage of players that have a worse rating than you in this game. For example: the 75th percentile means you are better than 75% of all players that have a rating in this game.
