For 2 rounds in a row, the game did not let him pick ressources to pay for actions:
- pick 3 food ressource he owns to pay for a "Rencontre"
- pick for 3 oil to activate "improvement" action from bottom left column of his playmat
My friend uses a Macbook
He tried both on the webportal and on the apple app -
