I was using my pink pencil, and both ends were on circles. Both could connect to squares. It was only giving me the option to draw to one of the squares.

I was only given the option to draw from the starting station (circle) to the space directly below it (square).

I had an endpoint on the right side of the green line (circle) but was not given the option to draw straight up to the square above it.
