In my game, i want to form a federation with a distant mine (called A) there are several 7 satelittes routes that lead to that mine (A) one of them pass next to a mine (called B) i dont want to include in this federation, the game prevents me to form the federation unless i used that mine (B), this federation using only 4 satellites.
