I can level up my cards at any point in the game, except at the end of a round before the monster's turn is going to start and the Commander has a delayed action to perform (2, 4 or 6 action). This is aggravating because if the monster will be killed and I can level up my 5-6 card to gain additional XP, I lose out on that XP.. Please fix it so that players can level their 5-6 card while waiting for a commander's orders like we can at any other time during the game.
