I agree with the other posts I've seen that the process for giving and discarding excess goods is confusing and unintuitive. The main reasons are:
- The resources given appear in the fields. It would be better if these were moved below the player's board.
- There were times that my opponent had the same type of resource in both the storehouse and harvested goods. It wouldn't let him select the goods in the storehouse to discard. He had to select the goods in the field. There were times that it told him he had to discard more goods, even when he had selected the required number.
- The button should confirm the number of goods being passed/given, or have an option for 'skip discard'. It doesn't make sense to click a button that says 'Discard goods' when discarding none.
Proposed flow:
- When there are excess goods, move all harvested goods below the current player board.
- Prompt player to choose which goods to give. Allow selection from either storehouse or harvested goods.
- Change confirmation button to include a number counter (Give 1 good, Give 2 goods, etc...)
- Given goods are passed to the opponent and appear at the bottom of their board, NOT back in the fields. This is one of the most confusing parts as it is not easy to see what was passed.
- Prompt player to choose which goods to KEEP (not discard). If there is sufficient room, include button for 'Keep All Goods'.
- If player chooses more goods than there is capacity for, then the next prompt is to choose X number of goods to DISCARD.
- Change confirmation button to include a number counter to confirm number of goods discarded. (Discard 0 goods, Discard 1 good, Discard 2 goods, etc..) -

Історія звітів
The goods remain in the fields because of the lack of space.
It's always better than making things tinier or scrolling all the time.
They are close to the stores and it's easy to focus on what you need.
Yellow surroundings are easy to see.
You cannot select tokens in your stores in the discarding part because... these are the rules.
I cannot write the exact number of resources to discard because it can be different if you have extra waters store.
I have chosen Discard instead of Keep because there are less clicks to be done.
