Before the turn I had a previous safe that allowed me to remove marks from one of my safes. I selected the action but then realized I didn't have any marks out.

The game wouldn't let me cancel the action and I have no way to advance the game. The only option was take a loan which I did twice and then it said I couldn't take any more loans and was still asking me to remove a mark from a safe, but I didn't have any marks.
