Some card bonuses from Echoes of the Past do not add to score although they are visible on my board.

Before achieving achievement 4 my score should been 22, but was is instead 18. The problem continues to stay as I am still a couple of points short of my actual score. I believe that the score not registered is from one or more of the bonuses. Cards that have been present on my board while I noticed this problem are (bonus in parenthesis):
Magnifying glass (3)
Chintz (4)
Globe (4)
Soap (2)
