I tired to scroll the map but was unable to see the bottom of it.
I had to change the zoom to work around the issue.

I made some tests and here is how it can be reproduced on my phone:
1) play in landscape mode
2) zoom out
3) click the +

At this stage, I can see the map in all its width (West to East)
But only a portion of its height : I don't see the bottom (see screenshot)
I also cannot scroll to see the bottom.
I have to change the zoom again to be able to see the bottom of the map
