The rules as written say that end-turn redeployment consists of moving tokens from one territory to another at will, not that all tokens are picked up, and redistributed. Also, the other major digital implementation (the one on Steam) works that way.
It would be more intuitive, faster, and more in-line with the rules as written to leave the pieces on the board during redeployment, and allow the player to move them, if they wish. Especially since, most of the time, your troops are already on the front line where you want them, when conquering is done, so making us pick them all up and put them back down again, is just adding lots of extra clicks. :) -

Історія звітів
"Once a player's conquests for the turn have ended, he may
freely redeploy the Race tokens he has on the board, moving
them from one Region to any other Region occupied by his race
(not necessarily just an adjacent or contiguous Region), provided
that at least one Race token remains in each Region under his
control."
Picking up and redeploying is a more complicated interface (two separate actions) compared to the single action we have now.
I had to place my camps, then all my extra race tokens were removed for redeployment. If the current system continues, I would prefer all the extra race tokens to be removed before I have to place my camps.
