There were actually 2 places i should have been able to place the white tile with no walls and the game would not let me put it anywhere but in storage. This is a very glitchy game, because players tiles are in side box and there is no way to move the map position (ie: Carcasonne map), it is very frequent that you cant even see or place tiles at edge of box, especially on the left side. In this case however, the tile should have been able to be place right in the middle and the game just didnt recognise it as a legal move.
