The other player had lights on their 3rd floor and was escaping. I played a ghost, they played a cat. I played another ghost, and had a 3rd ghost in my hand I wanted to play to counter the lights, but was unable to play that last ghost. Based on the rules, it seems like I should be able to play another ghost to stop the escape if I have it.
