I've noticed this several times and it seems to work basically free build only once per game, only during the age you built that part fo the wonder.

What happened to me was weirder, I think:

During a time-based game, I built this stage during Age II and I wanted to build a card for free; there is a fourth option above (the usual three are normal building / wonder stage / selling the card) which allows you to build any structure. Great!

This being a time-based game, my action was "saved" and eventually I left the computer. Later on, I logged in to BGA on another browser and the game had not advanced. I mechanically clicked on the card and saw that there were ONLY THE 3 USUAL OPTIONS AVAILABLE, no free-building option (the second stage of the wonder was built and everything else seemed the same).

So, I returned to the "original" browser, assuming it would be a failure of "the other one", but, alas, now the fourth option didn't appear either. So, maybe there is a bug in the second browser, and now it followed me and bugged me (buggered me?) to the first browser even...

Browser in which 7W was apparently working:
Firefox Quantum 61.0.1 (64-bit)

Bad browser with bugs:
Safari 11.0.1

I already had this problem 3 times :
after building stage two of the wonder I've been allowed to use the free structure only once, during the single age the wonder was built in.

@toinoudu81, after reviewing game 52637751, it does not look like there was an Olympia 2nd wonder bug. You built the 2nd wonder on Age 2, 5th turn. On the next turn/6th pick (last card) before Age 2 ends, you sold Press for 3 coins (discarding Sawmill, which cost 1 coin). It does not look like you've tried to use Olympia's wonder power to built Press (which you could build for free anyway, though you sold it) and it's unlikely that you tried to build the Sawmill (for free) considering you already had Lumber Yard (wood) as your only a resource card and the other wood that Olympia starts with.

On the start of Age 3, you used Olympia's power (it says so on the log, and the tool tip replay shows) on the very first card pick to build Academy, which was free chain to build anyway, because you had School. Having wasted the use of Olympia's power, you probably wondered why you couldn't build the 2nd card - Palace - using Olympia's wonder. Hence, the bug report. But log confirmed you already used Olympia's power.

No bug, most probably, just player error.

I see the same effect as described by ddqq and toinoudu81. I built the second stage of Zeus in age II and did use the free build option afterwards, during age II. Then, in age III, the fourth option (uppermost green arrow) did not appear. On replaying the same game from the archive however, the fourth DID appear during age III.

I'm using firefox 74.0.

Without mentioning the table/game number, the developers won't be able to verify if there's a bug. As with toinoudu81, there's no Olympia bug and most likely just player error, ie. forgetting the power was already used during that Age.

Hi, same situation here,
In age 2, I initially activated the option for the free construction of step 2, I came by a few moments later (in the same navigator), Not everybody in the game had made their choice, so we were still in the same step, so I Looked around my choice of card, and as I came back to my initial choice, I didn't have the free build active anymore.
It had desapeared, as if considering that, once activated, you cannot change your mind or something.
If so, it would be wise to let players know about it beforehand.
If not, it's clearly a bug that should be loooked around.

I only got the free build once per game, only during the age that I built that part of the wonder.

this issue still occurs, only one free build per game instead of the required once per age benefit.

i activated in age 2, but in age 3 was not able to use the ability.

I seem to be having the same problem. My board is Olympia A; I built the second stage during the penultimate hand of the first Age. For the last hand, rather than having the usual three options (build the structure, use the card in my Wonder or sell it for 3 coins) I had a fourth option; build the structure for free. Now it is the second Age, and I no longer have that fourth option of building things for free. I wouldn't have hurried to build the Wonder had I known itwas one-use, rather than useable once every Age as it says! The tablie is #97426620, for what it's worth.

Huh. And then I clicked 'replay' and the option appeared, where it didn't before. I hope this will work for the 3rd age as well.

Same kind of problem Table #110872205, I'm not offered the option to build for free on the first action of the third age.

It was a temporary bug for turn based tables started before the new edition release.

Fixed now.
