I expand the breed expert panel at the top of the page and scroll down and am not able to see the lowest dogs on the breed expert panel until I scroll down to the rules
- the zoom buttons now also affect the side panel.
- you can now scroll in the panel if your screen height is too low
- Reduced the overall size by reducing whitespace in the panel

Under Firefox, if I click on the bar, the panel slides out. If I have a mouse with scroll wheel, I can scroll it, at least initially. After that, the scroll wheel sometimes scrolls the background and not the panel. However, if I'm using a track-pad, there's no obvious way to scroll the panel at all. Clicking on the panel doesn't work. Dragging doesn't work. Keyboard arrows don't work. It is possible to see the whole panel by reducing the screen size to 67% or less, depending on screen. (And then, of course, you have to increase it again to see everything else properly.)
